We get it, it’s beyond frustrating. We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours so that we can keep your order moving, but unfortunately due to the pandemic there are substantial reduction in flight frequencies or even cancellation of flights to destinations that there will be service suspension of airmail, to these destinations arising from such development we can only use surface mail services which increases the delivery time. We apologize for the delay. 

Yes , but only if the specific item itself is damaged. Or else all sales are final unless there is an error with what you received.

We do not accept refused packages.

Delivery times are not guaranteed for, as there are lots of factors affecting its speed, especially in a pandemic and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above are estimated times by the postal service, it does not include the processing time of the Customs in the designated country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, thus may also cause further delay on the delivery.
